I see it in real life, too. People don't know how to talk anymore because they don't have to. We wrote essays by hand, so we had to know how to spell. We got girls' numbers with a pen and pad, so we had to know how to socialize. It's a different world now, and it's absolutely fucking sad and horrifying. Nobody can fuckin' write anymore. News writers, students, the executives at my company...all make me wonder WTF is going on.
