I don't know if it had an official release, but it did leak to the web & I remember when it leaked because it had some unreleased Ice Cube & Dr. Dre on it.

got shelved.. i think Past & Present mixtape was his last official thing. Apply Pressure probably got shelved too
E-A-Ski said himself that DreamWorks and Viacom were acting bitchmade and wanted that 'radio friendly' sound that Jive and all the other major labels were going for at the time. He said it in an interview. They had some disagreements in 1998. That's why it was never released officially but a promo CD instead.

kinda weird how Spice 1 was on Jive with his thugged out albums.. but i believe u tho

Yeah I know what you mean. Jive has been known to have been a censorship bully. I'm gonna miss Jive, Arista, the 90s, and the early 00s. People aren't interested in what the sounds are with major record labels anymore (like Motown in the 70s).
