He said it in an interview. They had some disagreements in 1998. That's why it was never released officially but a promo CD instead.
I have that EA Ski Earthquake 12"... that and Blast If I Have To/25 With A Mil Ticket (Friday Soundtrack) were the only singles that were released officially from that album though.

Yeah I know what you mean. Jive has been known to have been a censorship bully. I'm gonna miss Jive, Arista, the 90s, and the early 00s. People aren't interested in what the sounds are with major record labels anymore (like Motown in the 70s).
