Did C-Bo ever address those comments X-Raided made about him in that interview?

People actin like X was recording conversation bout drug deals or murder...business is business and nobody should or would give their art or talents away for free...unless it was like a homie helpin out another homie but appartnly X didnt feel that it was like that

hell yeah i feel u^^^ its not like they were dealing with chump change...by X recording those convos, he's using business ethics to ensure he will get what he deserves and is owed to him. It's alot harder for a man behind bars to do business moves, but it seems that X has learned alot from his mistakes, business wise. You gotta give it up to X tho, he's running a company from behind bars folks!! FREE X-RAIDED

JUST TO SHED SOME LIGHT AND SPEAK IN C-BO'S DEFENSE SINCE HE AINT HERE...HE WAS AN ARTIST...ON AWOL RECORDS AT THE TIME.IF ANYBODY OWES HIM MONEY THATS WHO.BO RECIEVED AN ADVANCE 4 TIL MY CASKET DROPS BUT AWOL NEVER PAID ANY ROYALTIES.EVER.AND THE MILLION DOLLAR LABEL DEALS DONT MAKE ARTISTS RICH.THEY JUST SOUND GOOD.IT WASNT A SUCCESSFUL DEAL CUZ THEY WANTED US TO SUBMIT ALBUMS WITHOUT PAYING US UP FRONT.AND AS FAR AS THE YOUNG BUCK DEAL,PAPERWORK WAS DONE BUT NO MONEY WAS EVER RELEASED BY 50 TO GET THAT
LABEL OFF THE GROUND.IVE SEEN BO RUN THRU A LOT OF MONEY OVER THE YEARS,BUT NONE OF US ARE MILLIONARES.I EXPLAINED THIS TO ANARAE AND HE TOLD ME HE WAS FRUSTRATED WHEN HE MADE THOSE COMMENTS

Tay, I feel what you're saying. Both of those deals were public record though. Even if they didn't go as planned, C-Bo looked like he had big things in the works and a good chance of profiting from X's work.

I was just saying that the folks trying to crucify X need to understand where he was at and why he would have recorded those conversations.

You'll notice that he never said C-Bo or AWOL owes him money, even off of the old lyrics. He said that if Bo uses the new shit he wrote for him, he's going to expect and probably demand payment. That was the purpose of recording those calls.
Do you feel like you have to defend X-Raided all the time
Its the Past Now

I'm going to have to give that Enemy of the State a listen again, I thought that album was complete garbage... the only track I liked on there was "Nuthin' over my G'z".... but no way that album is even close to Til My Casket Drops in my opinion. I would still slap "Can We all Ball"...

The interview is old but the statements questioning his integrity were made yesterday.

To answer your question:
In a way, yes. I have a lot riding on X's reputation. He doesn't need me to defend him but I know from experience that inaccurate assumptions can affect MY money. I've had people who were lifelong Raided fans come up to me and tell me they'll never support another Raided project again over some rumor they heard. Those lost sales affect me too. You feel me? It's as much for me as it is for him.
never mind i feel you since your the VP of blocca blocca Bloc*Star haha

you didn't like Enemy of The State? i think its a better overall album than TMCD and maybe even Bo's best album ever.
I thought, and still think to this day, its one of his worst. The beats were "meh" and his flow had completely changed by now. It was just....awful.

Bo's best album ever is Gas Chamber or Tales From The Crypt...and its not even close.

yes, Enemy of the State was his last classic album. probably the last sac classic
No. And a HELL NO to the last part.
