naw. honestly if the Vikings had played the Seahawks this week instead of the Lions, it would've been a much closer game... lots of penalties and stupid mistakes that would've doomed them against even a semi-decent team. Glad it was the Lions tho... next week shouldn't be a huge problem, but then comes the real tough part of the schedule to close out the year..

but yea, I don't think it'll be a blowout or anything, Seahawks will keep it within two TD's

We have to find an answer for that fucking Jared Allen. If we can keep him away from Matt, we should do alright. Also we have to limit the Vikings' first downs. If we can put enough pressure on Brett, I think we'll be straight. But we have to also find a way to stop AP.

I know that we'll most likely lose to the Vikings, but I just want it to be a game, instead of a slaughter. If we can make it a game, and still lose, I'll be all good. If we end up getting shut out, I'll be a lil pissed. I say "a lil pissed", because we don't face really any tough oppanents in the rest of our schedulue. Maybe the Texans, but other than them, we should go AT LEAST 7-9.

yeah cuz a qb on the opposing team throwing 5 ints and your team only wins by 4 is a sign of good things to come, Russell would have even put up more points then that
You're reaching way too hard here. Russell would have thrown for under 100 yards and at least 2-3 INTs. Don't try to act like that wouldn't be probable. I think Alex Smith sucks, but no way is he anywhere near as bad as Russell.

I would still rather have Deon Butler over DHB & Craptree. 90 yards with 11 receptions so far this season. He's playing on a team that has three vets, and is learning from some of the best in the league. Who is DHB learning from? Who is Craptree learning from? :cheeky:
Crabtree is learning from some guy named Isaac Bruce. He's a future Hall-Of-Famer. Maybe you've heard of him?

Are you fuckin serious? LMAO! Come on, Ron.

I think you're losing your mind Big Lee. Have you seen his decision-making and accuracy (or lack thereof)? I don't give a shit how bad his receivers are, the guy makes horrible decisions and can't even accurately throw a fuckin checkdown. I suggest you watch the guy play.

Lee is right, our receiving core is garbage. Walker and Higgins should be playing more at least they can catch but Russell does screw up on his check down throws...

Did you see those drops by DHB? He caused an int, this dude doesn't even attempt to catch the ball with his hands...

To say one bust is better or worse than the other at this point is speculative because both have not finished their NFL career. as bad as Russell has been, his QB rating in somewhere in the vicinity of smith's i'm sure. Russell couldnt buy a break with that 30 million yesterday. He did miss some reads and doesnt see the entire field but did make some nice passes that were dropped or called back. they both have been unsuccessful at the NFL level up to this point and both teams would go back and do it over again, well maybe not ole AL, if they could.

you cant see all the games and although i am unhappy with his play, he cant buy a break. he does fuck up on the things you say, but so do alot of NFL qb's. they just arent under the microscope Russell is. If he had one receiver who makes plays on the ball his numbers wouldnt be as bad.

Oh yea almost forgot about that old fuck that got drafted by the LA Rams LOL Yeah he's good, and Crabtree has talent, and learning from Bruce is good.

I would still rather have Deon Butler, though.
