Its not really that hard.

Go to the discog thread, press ctrl-f, type in "where" and it tells you it was a Myspace download.

But in the video dicription it tells you:

Song Title: Where the Love by Dex Feat Techn9ne Off the Goonies HMG Mixtape

So Im 99% sure it was put up on Dexs Myspace and then put on a mixtape after.
