This is the best news in music I've heard since Crooked I was coming out like 5 years ago, nah but I'm real happy, I've been waiting to for them to forget the bullshit and grow up for 2-3 years now, and they are the best westcoast duo of all time and fuck the haters, listen to Dogg Food or Dillinger and Young Gotti and tell me they arnt hot. Besides Dogg Food is a hip hop classic up there with All Eyez, Chronic, Doggystyle, Ready To Die. So ya Nemo people are real hyped about this maybe not on siccness, but go to the dpg and tha row boards, people are excited. peace

Nemo i think theres two reasons there havent been that many replies...first this has become a SD indy only board...thats not always a bad thing but we mainly talk about San Diego rappers and a lot of the the LA niggaz dont get much love...secondly it has to do with the fact that some of the members on here are too young to remember when DPG was on top of the rap game

personallly im happy as hell these dudes are back together cuz they DO bring out the best in eachother

NEMO i know siccness interviewed Daz.....and Daz is most famous for being apart of the Dogg Pound. If you cared enough to interview Daz im sure you care yourself....anyone who is a fan of Kurupt or Daz is a fan of Doggpound as a whole, theres no denying that

I also noticed the Southern Cali board on here is not as active as BART....so im sure there over at some other site like dubcnn talkin about it

That shit'll be proper....One of them without the other is like a one sided coin....pretty much worthless! I think Daz held his own a lilttle better than Kurupt did. Daz's U know what I'm throwin up was a good album, aside from all the skits.Aint heard his new one yet. Both of their skillz suffered when they split, but I think when they in the studio together again that'll bring out the best in both of them, lyrically for both and production wise for Daz. Add a little Bad Azz, some SupaFly production and a few other DPG's to the mix and I think it'll do O.K. I know this is a stretch but I would buy it before hearing it first. I wonder who's label it'll be on? Does this mean that Kurupt has no obligation to Tha Row. Kurupt still has ANTRA , I think, and Daz has Gangsta Advisory. The music part will be easy. It's the buisness end that could turn the whole project to shit.

Who is Daz and Kurupt??

Their 15 mins. of fame were up in the late 90's.

I know that they have a lot of fans still around. I never bought a CD by them or heard more than 2 tracks from them. I don't care if they are getting back together.

And as far as saying that they will bring the west coast back???? I don't think anybody right now could bring the west back. The only way the west could come back if Dre, Yella, Ren, and Cube put out a NWA CD (just by them selves). That would be the only way.

actually i never stated if i cared or didnt care, i wanted to know what the siccness felt about it i heard some negative things about it during a couple phone conversations so it made me wonder what you guys thought about it. i talk to kurupt about once a week on the phone and i talk to daz about once every couple of months but i talk to his manager BIG A 3,4, times a week, there my homies so its nothing personal, just asking a question that alot of people were thinkin, just look at all the response
