That cops a cocksucker, I read the report and they left one important thing out, if you listen @ 2:35 the cop takes a cheap shot when the vet has his back turned and clearly leaving. The fight was over, you lost while screaming like a girl let the guy go..This is what trigger happy cops deserve...
Its fucked up how the military "brainwashed"/trained this guy into a hardcore soldier then turn around and kill him when he uses the skills given to him. He put his life on the line for this country only for them to turn around and betray him when he clearly was in the right. He is convicted of a death setence and currently awaiting execution.
This had me laughin the first time but now I'm pretty pissed off this guy got screwed over..Reports also said the cop got shot 10 times while the cop only hit the vet once (prolly the cheap shot)..

Cops can do whatever they want..even with evidence like this:
1. Guy was 70 years old.
2. Guy had a closed pocket knife, after cop lied and said it was open.
3. The guy had his back facing towards the cop, cop lied and said he turned around.
4. To make matters worse, he was deaf.

It's a wrap for this cop. Most of the time when cops shoot and kill they have laws (as badly written as they may be) that protect them, and ultimately get them off. There is no way this guy--short of an insanity plea--will get away with this. There is just no way around it. With that said, do we have all the information?
