I wouldn't keep Nash at this point. He's getting older and isn't going to get them anywhere. I'd try to move him to a team who might be a player away from really competing for future draft picks and expiring contracts. Lord knows PHX is gonna need some draft picks the way they've been trading all of their own away. you're right on Barbosa though. I'd probably keep my core to rebuild around as Amare, Diaw, Barbosa and DJ Strawberry with the only untouchable being Amare.

Exactly. nash still has some miles and PHX needs to get whatever value for him that they can while somebody is still willing to give up something decent for him.

I actually hope D'Anfoni stays so I can see him suffer through the downfall that Phoenix is about to endure.

Their whole last 5 season stretch has been the most historical flop in history. Right up there with the early nineties Bills. Except that Buffalo at least made it to the Superbowl, LOL.
