Danked Out: Reloaded. (Sacred Muzic.)
There's already a thread on this.
I gives a dumb shit tho.
But fact is, theres an Advertisement on the top of the page, every day.
I wanted to give a non-biased 'fan' review of the homies album.
I remember being one of the first radio personalities/hosts to play a danked out song. I can't remember the name of the song, was a while back. had a mobb style beat to it. I was playing this in SD, where bay area music is highly respected, but a different style so its hit or miss with the southern cali crowd. After playing the danked out song song on a 3hour radio show full of music, I got alot of positive feedback from that one specific song, people asking about who he was and what he had out. saying how much they liked the song. a few dj's asked if they could have the Mp3.
Long story short, i've seen this nigga start getting his feet wet with this rap shit with the takeover (if im not mistaken my nigga made his cover), and to see this album as the follow up, i feel its a full-on, quality album.
good cover, photos were taken well, all the features on the songs are from known-and-slapped bay area rappers we know about, stevie joe, joe blow, yukmouth, young gully and so on. while theres some features, he leaves quite enough time on the album to get his own verses in.
I've learned to listen to sacred ent's albums with specific beats. sometimes i'd like to hear danked on some dj fresh, but they keep it in the family. thats respected. they (the beats) tend to be a little more uptempo at times but always riding and slapping. listening to danked out lyrically, he has the voice and the content for it. in comparison to most rappers at his experience set, i see him able to explain himself well in rap. reminiscent of joe blow, he tells real stories about what hes going through and what type of nigga he is. you get to know a little about him through his songs.
i wont rate it fully until ive soaked it in for a month. but right now, its got a solid 7, 7 1/2. i rate on hard scales, so a 7 means its dope.
Met up up with the nigga and he slid me the album while we were discussing spots. true to his name, he pulled out the dank- and we commenced to get danked out. not too many people got better tree than me, but we after gettin ironman high on that amber, it was only right i threw the CD in the car and started to soak it in .
overall, it has good replay value.theres alot of songs youll feel right now, and others will creep on you later.hes able to talk about more than just weed. i recommend cashing a few bucks on itunes or a physical copy and adding it to your collection.
you can jump on youtube and check some of the songs out,
but overall....support your siccness members when they drop! especially if they aint weak.
if you arent one of those siccness members that hide behind the computer and dont go outside, go to 1 of his shows. at the last 1 they threw out about a pound on stage. everyone was smoking. hes gonna be touring in washington with J stalin very soon. make sure you WA folks go check that out show love and keep the room smokey.
what do you think of this album? do you like it? do you think it sucks? is it aiight? what di you like? what do you think could improve? do youw anna hear him rap about something different, or rap on a different beat? anything you can think of.
give me your opinion.
any of my niggas i support ill shoot a review of or atleast put people on. so give a songs a shot, or if you aint broke, sash out for that, and tell me how you luv that.
good looks.
