Haha.. Beepers weren't so popular in here, though I was a kid back then but I remember that after Nokia started manufacturing phones u were the shit if you happened to have one of these:

The middle one was the most popular and damn people were holding em up and talking hella loud so that everyone would surely notice that you have a "mobile" phone. How in the hell can you talk in to a log like that without looking like a complete moron. And what the fuck is up with that thing with remote battery.. I remember that those were marketed as easy to carry around.
