@ phreakey, thank you.

That seems to be the all time favorite for a lot of people. I had t-shirts made to push that single & got a great response (150,505 plays on myspace LOL! That doesn't include Reverbnation and other social networks where it's on. And I continue to sell downloads of it off iTunes.)

I know, I know it's cookie cutter, bubblegum etc. to some people, but my perspective is to reach the masses. I have other songs based on "real" things, but I think it's important for every artist should show versatility.

Wether an artist is spitting the hardest gangsta rhymes, soft rap etc. if that artist stays in one realm he falls into the cookie cutter category. There is a reason why music is called an art form. You are able to try new things etc. that why we are considered artist.

first ticket i ever got lol back in the days when cruising was legal in salinas. right in front of cork n bottle. it was actually quite stupid of me cause the police lady was already out her car fucking w/ people in the little parking lot and asked me if i wanted a ticket and i said no and she said then turn your fucking music down. i turned it down until i left the paking lot then turned it back up and chirped out. she ended up giving me a ticket for the music and exhibition of speed. they took my license away and put 2 points on my driving record. i learned my lesson. lol

That's how it is though. I have a nice vehicle, but drive a bucket for the hell of it. I don't enjoy going anywhere and not be comfortable due to worrying about somebody fucking with my car.

A bucket? I ain't got to worry. I'm not the flaunting type rapper that tries to look famous in expensive vehicles fronting like I bought it from music sales LOL! Knowing damn well I have to work a 9 to 5 to make the payments & ends meet.

I got no tint on my windows so the world see's me! And proudly drive a bucket so people see me and be like, "Damn! We should buy his Cd's so he can buy himself a new car." LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :siccness:

^^^^ LOL! Shit ain't that serious, Bro. That's how I view life most of the time. Like one big joke. I tend to find a sense of humor in almost anything.

Even this music shit. You how many times I've heard the same ol' story? "This jam right here is going to make it." "I'm about to blow up!" "Get a verse from me right now cause once my album drops the price is gonna go up." "This beat right here, if you rip it right it's guaranteed platinum. This is a platinum beat, so it's gonna cost blah blah blah" etc.

To me it's all bullshit. Nobody in the underground is on the verge of "blowing up" or "famous" for that matter. A regional sense of fame yes, but not famous (as in star status.) Connecting with "famous / worldwide known" artist are simply baby steps in the right direction, but you still need to do for yourself at the end of it all. Hence the Bay area rappers on 2Pac's All Eyez On Me. They remained nameless to the rest of world for the most part. I show people them songs now & the first words out their mouth is, "I didn't even know that."

The music I do, I do for the love of it & seriously throw it out there with an open mind and expect different feedback. Some love it, some think it's okay & some plain hate it. It's all good by me. That just the way the world / human nature works & I understand that.

It's all just a shot & we are all in that same boat. If we throw a song / album out there & get enough people to like it (word of mouth) is what we hope for to make our dream a reality. Anybody trying to tell you different is a damn liar.

We don't give a shit about what your doing. It's not our job to tell you how much we've done etc. we just do & hope the world loves us. If our material is truly that great the people / fans will let it be known... not us.
