I dont know Nitro, you kinda on your own on that one.
The reason why LA (in your words kobe) lost against Philli was because Philli communicated with eachother. And thats what makes Iverson a great ball player, he has the say so on his squad and and quides them offensively and defencively. And most importantly, HE COMMUNICATES WITH *HIS* TEAM ON THE COURT. That foo Iverson had 9 steals last night, thats not somethin easy to do. If there was communication on the court on LA's (or kobes) behalf, I doubt he would've had 9 steals (how hard is it to say look out behind you?) He caught a gang of players slippin, If Kobe was a team player he would shouted that shit out. Instead he kept it quite and he (they) paid the price for that shit with an embarrising LOSS. A team player aint all about stats [points, rebounds, assists, highlights and dunks] that don't mean shit if your squad is constantly losin.
Thats the main difference between Kobe and Iverson.
- One communicates with his squad whether he's on the floor or on the bench, and the other doesn't. Plain and simple... (i know that shit for a fact because I sat rite behind Phillis bench 2 seasons ago. And All I heard was that foo AI yellin like a mothafucka. Kobe on the other hand, quite as fuck)
Thats why LEGENDS like Magic, Bird, Thomas (Pistons), and the Great Jordan were successfull TEAM LEADERS. It wasn't about their stats, it was the control of their squad and their communication with the rest of their teamates. And by communicating, they'll close defensive gaps. And by doing that you're squad will start winnin games. And i can state out PLENTY OF DEFENSIVE GAPS by LA, please believe that shit.
So if KB is an unselfish and great team player, why does he keep building his image for the cameras instead of directing his team on the offensive and defensive end???
