fedor not signing to the ufc will in my eyes let alot of people down for what I hear dana offer him the highest paid ufc contract ever so far

At this point, Dana doesn't need Fedor as much as Fedor needs Dana.

I would bet that the vast majoirty of people that the UFC makes money off of don't know who Fedor is and couldn't give 2 cents about him.

The majority of UFC fans don't know anything previous to UFC 40 and know nothing about MMA other than "they can kick a boxers ass"

The UFC would be stupid to pay Fedor's 1 mil per fight. If they are going to give a mil to anyone that doesn't deserve it, give it to Tito. At least they can make up for it that way.

I just don't think it makes financial sense.

It would take several Fedor fights in the cage for them to make the millions back and even begin to start making money off of him alone, considering he wins all of them.
