23rd Diablos and P.I.C.'s were MORTAL enemies back in them days. They would take turns tagging up Chief Sealth HS...23rd's one night, and then PIC's the next. It was pretty funny.

Hell ya Pinoy's In Crime and duece tre's beefed! I'm from beacon hill so I was always coo and riding with 23rds ad ZSG's but now mufuckas is all grown and doing family thing or gettin money or locked up.
