^that neck one is fucking shocking, why would anyone ruin their life like that.

I personally think that tatoos should be something REAL personal, and only dione in certain circumstances...putting on some pictures of whatever for the sake of it is retarted.

It is highely likely that it has meaning to the man who placed it on his neck. He is obviously not afraid to display it to the world.
None the less...I agree...tattoos should be personal.
