cops vs the citizens of the united states (revolution)

So since I seem to have gone "off topic" in my posts (When does the siccness ever stay on topic?) Another shooting, guy had a gun pointed it at cops, gets shot. People outraged, asking why didn't the police use pepper spray/mase?

Was it justified? curious to see what people have to say about this..

p.s. - thread title is "cops vs the citizens of the united states (revolution) " so I feel this is fully within the confines of the subject.

Michael Brown was 18 years old, 6'4", and weighed around 300lbs. I'm not saying he deserved to die but to call him a child is extremely misleading. He was legally an adult.

His size and weight have nothing to do with his 18 year old mentality.
