that is one sick mutha fucka just standing there for a long ass time after the first shot if your gonna do it do it fuckin right dont let the poor animal suffer. i saw my granfather put some old animals down on his ranch if you dont get it right on the first shot hit them again dont just sit there and watch it slowly die put it out of its misery

look how the camera was adjusted at the 40-50 sec mark. I believe thats a dash cam if i'm not mistaken, they knew what they were doing the whole time.

haha, this is what happens when you call the police to clean up simple problem. i hope the cop gets fired for not following protocol and gets charges. he was supposed to hold the dog for animal control

and the more power we put into the state the worse its going to be.
