I think the cop tripped on that curb... if she was just a few feet further away I think the cop would have gone face first into that wall.

yeah i could see that. and he was probably just running to give her back her id.

but even if he really meant to tackle her, it looks like she has a big tattoo on thigh. lets be real - any teenage girl with a big tat on her thigh is always looking for trouble...including getting speared by a cop
