Cop Fired For Punching Teen Suspect In Face 13 Times

That beat down was wrong...that shooting was justified. The dude on the porch said he had a gun, and said he was going to use it if they released the dog. When they released the dog, he stood up and extended his arm. That's a legit threat and the shooting was legit.
One of my dudes got lit up by Santa Clara police while he was in his car, in his mom's driveway. The cops said he was trying to back up into them, so they shot him through the window and the door...but the car was still in the driveway.
Either way, that shooting was fucked up and it could have been avoided. Dude didn't have to go out like that, but he really didn't leave anybody any choice. If you think somebody has a gun, and they said they're gonna shoot you with it, and they extend their arm out with something in their hand, are you going to wait for dude to bust or are you going to light his ass up?
