Spider Loc and mustard are not from compton

both cities dominated the mainstream rap scene at one point and both fell off at different times. hard to say. there was a time when everything coming out of the dogg pound and LBC g-funk affiliated was dope. Throughout time and as far as impact I'd have to say Compton.
