enjoyable? i think most reasonable people would rather ride in a cab than try to enjoy driving while drunk it's just too risky

and im not trying to argue with you or anyone

i just think drunk driving is completely stupid and get irked when people try to justify it

and people on here are always bragging about driving drunk

drunk driving kills lots of innocent people look what just happened to the angels pitcher

if someone in your family got killed by a drunk driver i bet you wouldn't think of it as enjoyable
first off someone in my family has been killed by a drunk driver. secondly i have family that has fell asleep on the wheel and died in traffic. does that have anything to do with me and my level of responsibility? no. I'm one of those few select people that knows when as when. similarly, i dont get shitty drunk to the point where i cant drive. i stay in my lane, 65 mph, signal, all that good shit. there might have been 3 timems in my life where i shouldnt have been on the road.

4 beers and me goign to pick up a sack with my 5th in the car is nothing like me smashing a bottle of vodka and continuing to drink on the way.

with that said i havent drank in 6 days and im thinking about quitting entirely so....thats someone elses issue now, not mine.

i enjoyed drinking and driving though. i wouldnt take it back. im one of those rare peopel that dont appear drunk unless im falling on my ass drunk.

I will take your advice and everyone else that has told me DON'T DRINK & DRIVE.

I got my first scare about a month ago, but luckily I passed the sobriety breathlizer test. FUCK that shit, I ain't ever getting behind the wheel like that again. I never get shit faced to the point I can't drive propertly because I keep a good head on my shoulders and know when to call it quits, but the law will still win somehow if I barely blow over. It's too much of a risk.

I didn't drink and drive to look cool. I did it because it was my turn to drive, and because I wanted to enjoy the night just like everybody else.

I always knew when I was too ripped to drive.

The one time I did get pulled over its because I was in weak ass Daly City, right near the police station where the cops have nothing better to do.

I'm on the same boat. We had to reschedule the DMV hearing a few times, because the officer told the counseling center one BAC level when he dropped me off, and then in the police report had a whole other number, so we're going to try and fight it on the inconsistency.

Good luck though.

I got mine in San Mateo county, where all they pretty much give out is 'standard' DUI's.

I'd be cool with a Wet.

I was a dumbass and got a blood test instead of a breath test.

Note to everyone in here. If you ever happen to get pulled over and you've been drinking. Opt for the breath test (at the station, not on the scene). Its easier to fight because its not as accurate.
My blood came back at a .12

Good luck though man, I just wanna get this shit over with.

Sucks how its on your record for so long tho. Its the most committed crime in America.
ive taken it in stride..i mean it was bound to happen sooner or later..just glad i didnt hurt or kill anyone while DUI'n....and ive learned my lesson...and i refused the blood test and opted for the breathalyzer

Feel ya on that though.

I was just glad that I got caught, kind of as a preventative measure, instead of getting caught for causing an accident and hurting someone, or even myself.

I would never drive if I didn't feel I was capable of doing so safely, but I know that the liquor definitely clouds your better judgement.

Good luck again man ! Hopefully it'll get dropped to a Wet.

My attorney says that you can put your Wet reckless in as a 'reckless driving' when asked about it by future employers.

They don't have to know about the 'WET' part. LOL

I have been charged with 2 DUIs so I know the feeling.. I quit drinking all together now though, its to the point where I can't stand being around drunk people anymore because most drunks are fucking retarded and annoying. As I know I probably was too.. But

I do look back and realize how stupid I was and remember all the times I woke up the next day not knowing how the fuck I got home.

Yea, fuck alcohol, I'll just smoke my kush, stay out of jail and wake up in the morning, eat me some fucking cereal and feel great. Fuck hangovers and fuck jail.
