A) Because you had the other 2/3rds share of the Big Ten potential champion games up there.
Those other games were rivalry games. Did you not understand the overall main topic of this week's games? I mean, i did say this in the very first line of the OP:

Welcome to rivalry week!

B) Still . . . they beat Iowa
You mean the Same Iowa team that got beat by hapless Minnesota over the weekend? That Iowa?

C) Exactly why it was fun to watch.
For those outside of Madison, not so much.

Had Michigan and PSU NOT been rivals of the other two Big-10 champion qualifying teams, those games would not be listed either, because both those teams are sub-par.

The other non-rival games were put up there for a reason. UW and Cal had Pac-10 bowl eligibility on the line, and in case you haven't been keeping up, the Pac-10 MIGHT have a problem filling all its bowl spots. NCST/UM was up there becuase the direct implications it had on the ACCCG.

fuck college football
i have followed it since i was a kid
but this political bcs shit is fuckin annoying
all these media people thinking they should decide who goes to games instead of the teams playing for it

relying on computers to settle a conference championship is gay
wisconsin with 1 loss and arkansas with 2 and stanford and tcu would be tough to beat in a playoff
sports illustrated had a good article a little bit ago about how it's all a scam with the good ol boys keeping the money to a certain few schools and conferences

bowl games are a joke
schools usually lose money with travel and if they can't sell all their alloted seates

Using computers is actually very efficient, as seen by the Saragin.

However, there is always going to be human error involved...there is nothing you can do about that.

I read "COLLEGE FOOTBALL WEEK 13 GAMES TO WATCH" and thought maybe the teams playing for the Big Ten championship should be considered games to watch. Apparently they are only worth watching if there is a bullshit trophy or part of the Pac-10.

But good job on your theme week.

Right, and thats why its beneficial to read the entire post, and not just the thread title. It would appear that you left your brain on vacation.

Again, dont like my threads, dont read me...or make your own. Your incessant whining every week about MY threads is teetering on bitch-ass-ness.

Not every rivalry game has a trophy. Stop being such a fuckin drama queen.

And newsflash, neither NCST nor Maryland are located in the Pac-10. Your rhetorical bullshit can exit stage left.

I don't know what you're talking about with this type of shit. Like I seek out your threads specifically? Damn, really? I've got better shit to do than follow you around the internets.

If you're talking about the games to watch threads, it's because I like them.

I think you're taking this waaay to serious and waaay to personal.

It's my opnion that the games concerning the championship of one of the premier conferences in NCAA Football would be games to watch and that leaving out 1/3rd of those games is leaving out a game to watch. If that conflicts with theme week then well, that's lame.

Every week in my GAME threads, you got some smart ass, condescending shit to say.

If you're talking about the games to watch threads, it's because I like them.
Could have fooled me.

I think you're taking this waaay to serious and waaay to personal.
Am i? I just get tired of your elitist attitude around here. You arent any more special than anyone else. Quit acing like it.

It's my opnion that the games concerning the championship of one of the premier conferences in NCAA Football would be games to watch and that leaving out 1/3rd of those games is leaving out a game to watch.
And its in MY opinion, the THREAD STARTER, that Wisconsin playing a hapless UNW team is not a game to give a shit about. And, in the end, I was right. Again, it wasn't a RIVALRY game, and they weren't in ANY danger of losing that contest...as evident by the final score.

If that conflicts with theme week then well, that's lame.
See? This is the shit I am talking about. Is this YOUR thread? No? Then STFU. Why should it matter to me if YOU think its "lame"? Do I go into your threads in the Movie section and bitch about them? No, i just avoid them, becuase you and I share very few of same views on anything concerning cinema, so i dont bother to check. Easy as that.

Again, go make your own goddamn thread if you dont like what I am doing. Period.
