lol, that's tight. So uh, can you also make some ones debt disappear too?
No becuase even though debts get turned over to an agency, the client still has the account in their system, so even if you deleted it out of our systm, it would still be in the orginal client's databgase, and they would want to know why it has not been worked or collected on.

If anyone wants to get their shit taken care of, holler at me I can give you tips on working a good deal.

when i'm calls I'm usually pretty courtious to people unless they automatically are assholes to me even still i try to diffuse that shit because angry people rarly pay unless you have them trapped in some kind of family fraud deal. Those are the best, they always pay and they pay big. i saw a chick get 40 grand off one account off one of those. Its almost always a shady woman scamming her husbund too.
Even though im not in collections what can you recommend for dealing with fucked up credit card companies? I have a Target card that was upgraded to a Visa and I just got it below the limit but in the last two months of college I couldn't pay the bill so it says on my credit report that I was 60 days late and on top of that they upped my APR to 26%. When I got a job a few months back I called all my credit card companies and tried to sort everything out but Target would not negotiate on anything they just said that you have to have 12 months of on time payments to drop the APR and they couldn't remove the late payment from my report even though I had anther company do both of these things for me on a different card.

Then Washington Mutual closed my credit card account because a payment that my Mom made on my card got returned even though I was never late on a payment and I even made another payment that same month but it just seems like they were looking for reasons to close accounts with the way the economy is right now and since my credit sucks right now I was higher risk. I learned my lesson though I should have just taken a private student loan and my APR would be much lower and I probably wouldn't have messed my credit up but im trying to get everything straight now so that I can buy a house some time in the near future.
