lol.. yea 40% is what im told. i got hired at the beginning of this month but im not 18 yet so i gotta wait til my birthday (may 24th).. so hopefully i'll start next week..

as far as commission goes, dude that hired me said we get like 8% after the first 2 months or somethin and then it goes up again.. and said a few people make more then him because of the commission, so of course its all mouthpiece and building relationships with customers.

i know myself personally will be makin muthafuckin cake. i just gotta get my knowledge up in all the big boy gear and im straight

I would sell every customer pills, creams and dreams, but I would never sell them something they don't need which is why they would trust me. But the 40% thing sounds a bit too much cuzzo. You need to check that out again.

40% MIGHT be a stretch but working at at&t we get 30% so it might not be too far off
