They are another breed seperate from the American Pit Bull... Me and my girl were gonna get one - we even went to a couple functions held by the Northern California Staffordshire Bull Terrier Club (NCSBTC)... but they constantly need human companionship & right now we're too busy...

Mos def a cool dog tho...

One more thing - they will fight any dog - so you can't take em to dogparks at all!!

Most people don't know anything about AmStaff or APBT or American Bully and just lump em all together as pitbull and say the different breeds are "red nose" "blue nose" or "brindle".

I wouldn't let any bully breed roam a park or be around stranger's dogs. Not that I don't trust my dog, but if one of them lil chow chow mothafuckas picks a fight with my dog, it's gonna be over and everybody gonna put the blame on my dog off top.

I feel you - I gotta add that the Stafforshire Bull Terrier is not an American breed... They come from England... and it is this breed that was mixed with 'a mysterious combination' of other breeds so that we have our American Bully... all are great dogs though and looks like Cheeto got a cool addition to the family... congrats fam!! My boy had a female pit that was one of the dopest dogs ever

oh yeah, and another difference with the Staffy is that he'd be the one picking all the fights if you took him to the the dogpark lol They got a great history of taking out animals big and small... but even though they can get super ferocious - they love humans so much that they don't make good guard dogs...

Good looking dog.

I got a quick question, if anyone knows.

Those American Bully dogs...how active are those? I've seen a few, but they were just lounging around, not doing much of anything. I don't want a fucking tree stump, like a bulldog, not doing shit but laying around...

I want something that can walk more than 15 steps without having a stroke.
