i think he means that the redskins wore alternate jerseys, with the spear on the helmet instead of the indian. i believe the alternate jerseys are more maroon and darker in color...

The Niners should've kept the classic red & gold IMO, and not change it up to the burgundy color...they look a lot better in the throwbacks to me. ( no homo )

They say Mike Nolan is lobbying to bring back the Red & Gold and do away with the maroon.. I think the Maroon looks alright but the Red & Gold's with the white pants were the best.

BUT THE QUESTION DO NEW TEAM COLORS OR LOGOS MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE?IT HASNT WORKED FOR THE BROWNS OR REDSKINS.

THE REDSKINS WORE A DIFFERENT HELMET FOR THEIR HOME GAMES IN 2002 WHEN STEVE SPURRIER WAS THEIR COACH.MY BAD.THIS IS THE WAY THE HELMET LOOKED.

OTHER TEAMS I NOTICED CHANGED THEIR LOGO COMPLETLEY OR MADE IT A LITTLE DIFFERENT WERE RAVENS,PATRIOTS,JETS,BRONCOS,CARDINALS,RAMS,GIANTS,SEAHAWKS,
