^thas cuz they have a switch too....when i lived in Tucson AZ they have these lil beacons on top of the traffic poles that blink whenever a Firetrucc/ambulance/police car are comin.....and every light is red until the beacons stop blinkin.....

I know it isn't that serious. Like I said, I'm impatient. I just don't want to wait in traffic anymore...simple as that.

Stockton may or may not be worse...I don't know. But I don't live there, so it means nothing to me. But the next time I drive on through, I'll be sure to use my new toy.
