Besides whos ta say that Cellski and them otha cats that sell em in NY aint paid royalties??? if you pay a small percentage to ASCAP or whoever the publicist is for the original owner of teh music you can get permission ta us ethe beats and protect yaself from gettin sued....but if you just givin it out and not makin a profit i doubt you will get sued.....

Yup, if you don't make profits of em, you won't get sued. That's why (for example) Killa Valley do not sell their Jackin 4 Beats CD. They're only sellin the cover and a jewel case. Ooops... inside is a cd, we didn't know that, we were selling the cover... That's how it goes.
