you see once again... that's not anywhere near Los Angeles (let alone a crime ridden part of it) and Stranger, just like Oso and Smokey, punked people down south but far outside of LA city, I'm not saying it's impossible, but the pattern speaks for itself. Nortenos are smart enough to avoid banging in LA because they are aware of the consequences (Men's Central Jail aka Twin Towers aka County). I can't think of a worse place for Nortenos to get locked up.
