Cam used to live in Cincinnati and columbus(in his come home with me and before days) thats why ohio and not detroit was mentioned. If you would listen to the song and understand. I used to get it in ohio isnt a midwest state shout out track he talking about midwest cities he sold dope in. i guess he didnt sell in detroit thats why it wasnt mentioned.
