Maybe the way that Tech new how to ask for help is by asking for a collab on an album. Sometimes you have to look past what a person is saying and listen to what they mean. Plus that was an op for Truth to reach out to and minister to them. They knew that he was a christian rapper when they asked for him to do the song. Im sure Tech knew that there was a chance he would say no,but he did ask and he was turned away. I dont think that Jesus would turn away anyone that was looking for help that he could offer.
Got em Smitty :knockout:

Meh, screw that guy, not collabing with someone because said artist "ain't about bigging up Jesus".
Get the fuck outta here with that bullshit. First they wanna ASSUME that he doesn't rap about what they want, then they admit that they basically never heard him or his lyrics AFTER making that assumption. In my opinion, dude doesn't even deserve to be on a track with Tech. To be so arrogant and deny a collabo with an incredible artist and not give him a chance or hear what he has to say is enough to make me say "fuck you".

To classify someone based off of someone elses statement is very fucking ignorant. With such arrogant morons like this that act so "in the name of God", I can only imagine what every day life is like for these people. This person makes it out to seem that Tech lives every day like his album. Heaven forbid a man being a man.

People like this are part of the reason that I say fuck religion. If religion means I have to be an ignorant and arrogant person, then to hell with religion. I'll live my life and enjoy it without a God than spend it worshiping someone I have never seen in HOPES that I can live in eternal happiness when I die. Fuck the people who listen to "Da T.R.U.T.H."
Amen lol....

For one, Tech does believe in Jesus Christ, and who he is in the Christian religion, as stated in several of his songs. You will never hear him denounce Jesus Christ.

Anybody remember this quote from a Tech song "Jesus Christ and God is black, and he's coming back!!!!"

Tech is a perceptionist and gives great perspective to the ways of people who have made the Christian faith a religion that condemns people. Its not about the religion, religion ruins faith. It is more about personal relationship with God and Tech lets us in on all of his thoughts. It would be a tough decision for a gospel rapper, to walk the line between secular music, and the ministry they do through thier music. Crossmovement should have reached out to Tech to discuss whatever he sent to them, but to call them stupid for not collaborating is not fair. That would be like owning a Ford dealership, pushing the product, but then only driving a Chevy yourself. The gospel rapper that gave Tech DA TRUTH'S cd I don't believe collaborated with Tech either, but he did chop it up with them. Lecrae is the coldest one in the Crossmovement camp, and he doesn't collaborate with secular artists but talk's to them all the time. I remember when Tech came back to K.C. from LA the last time him and Kaliko went to church and were talking about it on the radio.

Condemnation in the Christian faith has gotten out of hand, I am a Christian, and what the Bible teaches is not about that.

Oh and when you say fuck the people that listen to Da TRUTH, you are saying fuck Tech N9ne too, cause from what I understand he still loves and admires the music.

The worst thing we could do as fans at this point is create some uprising in the Christian community, considering the steam Tech is gaining in the marketplace right now. There is a saying that all publicity is good publicity, but in this case it is not. The next thing we know Tech WILL be known nationwide, and for none of the reasons he really should be.

Most people have the wrong idea about Tech N9ne anyways. I remember reading a blurb about Tech N9ne (maybe on Amazon.com) that said he raps about demons and vampires. Sure demons, but vampires? Sure, in the last verse of Slither ("Instead of bud lovers I'm stuck with three blood sucking bitches for eternity."), but other than that, when has Tech mentioned Vampires in one of his songs? And in Slither, it was done in a comical way.
NONE of Tech N9ne's verses are satanic. From my interpretation, whenever he talks about demons he's referring to his personal demons, or those around him that are trying to bring him down and/or get him to give in to his personal demons. Not like the devil and shit. Besides, all that devil shit is just mythology created by the Christians anyways. There is no fucking devil to worship.

The Devil exists to Tech. The guy that you guys come here to discuss, does believe in God and the Devil, and heaven and hell. Check out the Angehellic cover, jeez, the word anghellic by itself should tell you that.

Half the people that don't like tech don't like them because his shit is to deep for them. Enter: 90% of religious people who choose to believe that god and the bible is real just because they were told to as a kid instead of making there own decisions and opinions based on what they read, find and learn in life.

Tech says demons in a bunch of songs HOW CAN DA TRUTH COLLAB WITH A GUY THAT MENTIONS DEMONS?

I would not be suprised if Tech did an entire gospel album. He has never really cared about what anyone thought of his direction. He is obviously grown more and more interested in walking "the path of the righteous man". He references Jesus more than any rapper there is.
