Many people have the solicitation block on their phone... so if youre calling from an unlisted number it makes you enter in the number youre calling from... I enter their own number and they alllllways pick up.... lol..

There's several websites that offer Caller ID spoofing just google it. Basically (for the web services at least) you enter the number you want to call, the name and number you want to appear on Caller ID, and you real number. The service calls calls you back and connects you to the # you're calling. Its usually $.05 -$.10/min for the call. Most of Caller ID services use VOIP to do the spoofing. Its not technically legal so a lot of the companies that offer the service are operating in a grey area and can at any moment be shut down. Congress was looking into legislature to ban it. I don't what the status of it is currently though.

are there any free ones that do it? cuz I'm a broke muhfucka....and I can't wait to do the 666/jesus thing......

or call with 911, and when they answer say "911 what is your emergency" "what?" "This is 911, do you have an emergency to report? Because if you are playing with your phone then we'll be forced to institute a $1000 fine" "I didn't call" "Yes you did, how else do you expect to be on the phone with a 911 operator?"

or call people from their work number and say they're fired....
