For me MW2 struck a good balance with (Maps.) There were plenty big, small and medium maps.. Plus the detail was unreal (Estate) another dope one i forgot!
Seems like MW3 and Blops are kinda all one note maps. All about the same size with a bunch of buildings and shit in the way. The thing i liked about MW2 maps is they weren't all cluster fucked with structures! There was wide open space and it let you choose your engagement distance better.
Seems like every map in the latest 2 COD's you could just run around with an SMG and do fine.
