Its too psychologicvally deter people from doing it, not necassarily citing tickets for it.

The point is, even though YOU may be able to text while driving, there are obviously others that cant and have caused accidencts because of it. I am so sick of looking over at the driver that is driving like a fuckin DOUCHE, and seeing him/her talking on the phone/texting someone. I mean, have some fuckin common courtesy #1, and quit fuckin up the on/off ramps in the meantime.

The same can be said for a lot of other laws, but they are still a deterrent and you need to remember a lot of people have sheep DNA so they tend to follow directions very nicely.

having an automatic = texting is easier.

i drive with my knees half the time anyway

i just dont text when im severely drunk...otherwise...fair game..i text like a small asian girl....i got that shit to a science.

and i do alot of meeting people here-there so texts are needed...
