If people need medical attention, it doesn't bother me if it comes out of my tax dollars. No matter who the fuck these people are, they need it and they shall get it.
What bothers me is when my tax dollars go straight into a politicians mouth and no where else.

My thoughts on illegal aliens is this. They shouldn't come here illegally. They should come here legally. Why? Because it keeps things in order.

Why do they come here illegally in the first place? Is it so they don't have to pay taxes, get a job that to us doesn't seem that it pays them that much, but to them it doesn't matter anyway cuz they sendin all their money to their families back in their country, and back there their gettin rich as fuck, fast as fuck, and they can "retire" a whole lot faster then the average legal American citizen, which in turn helps there country get stronger economically, and weakens America slowly but surely, and it's easier for them to go back cuz they here illegally anyway.

and to make matters worse she didnt survive the operation, and when the doctors asked her family if they would donate the organs to another child to try and save that childs life they said NO!!!
