This ballot is long over due though, they should have legalized weed 30 years ago...

they should have left the laws alone 39 years ago when they classified it as a controlled substance.

cause it was legal for awhile, after the 1937 ban was lifted since it was completely fuckin unconstitutional.

but gov't can't regulate private business like that.

if it's legal, some companies may do it on their own....but the gov't can't tell them, "you have to hire peopel who smoke weed." there's not gonna be an affermative action for stoners. lol

i've had a job test for alcohol before........thats up to them.......i wouldnt count on the weed test being 86'd if the bill passes..........that could still take years of being state wide legal for companies to let go of the stigma...........

weed prices do not rise with inflation (a ten sack of bomb in the nineties is the same ten sack of dope today, price-wise). if weed is decriminalized, this will change.

I read that they found a crop near vacaville worth close to 15million a few weeks ago and burned it. Why wouldnt the state want to seize and sell that shit and make that profit? Seems like with the deficit we are in, that would be a huge start!
