Loki got lyrics, COS got delivery.
I agree with that but there are things to consider:
What COS is on Delivery & Flow, Loki is on Lyrics & Voice. When I play COS' shit, the emotions remind me of 2pac. If I'm going through a shitty day, I don't want to hear Loki, I want to hear COS because I'm like this nigga here knows what it's like being down and going on like it doesn't bother you.
Also, COS held his own on Spitz Network with Yukmouth & Brotha Lynch. That is pretty hard to do. Some days I'll play that joint and say Yuk murdered that track, another day I'll be like no, COS ripped it, the next day I'll say, nah, Lynch killed it.
Anyhow, Loki is like a white version of Ras Kass, although lately he sounds more somber. If I feel like stimulating my brain lyrically, I wouldn't want to listen to COS, I'd want to listen to Loki.
The deciding factor is COS seems to have mastered the style he rhymes with and Loki seems yet to have mastered the style he's trying to adopt because sometimes it sounds like he's just babbling on too much. So I say COS by that reasoning. Don't get me wrong though, it could very well be a draw between these two.
