one time some dude hit me up, he looked like he was fresh out the pen & I was walking out the liquor store he said hey homie, you have any change? soon as he said that I was thinking, here we go....but then he continued with : i'm really trying to get a tallcan, haven't had a beer in a minute. Soon as he told me that, I was like oh shit....he's keepin it real....so yeah I went & bought him a 24oz budweiser LOL.....

went to the liquor store once and there was a dude outside said it was his birthday...and for some reason i actually believed him that it was...and everybody deserves a birthday present...so i bought him a 12 pack lol

I feel ya on this - when I lived in SF I gave food or $$ to homeless people who play instruments by the freeway . The bush man on pier 39 , I won't give to many people in the T.L. cause they can buy a fucking 5$ rock .........
I also felt bad because of all the food @ the Culinary Academy we wasted but we were not allowed to give it away . They thought it would cause problems ....... Probably would have .

on my momma there was a bum chillin with his hungry sign at the shopping center...i watched him receive a sandwich from an older couple...as they drove off he continued standing there for about 2 minutes...after that he walked over to the sidewalk dumped the sandwich in the trash and went back to his post....hungry my ass...
all of them are in relationships where they get to sit at home and sit on facebook all day and watch ellen. They're not homeless but they are bums.
There's also the ever-famous overweight white girl bums that only sleep with black guys have have 5+ kids and drain the government for welfare/food stamps yet drive a nicer car than me and probably eat better too.

As I type this, I am making a pot of chicken noodle soup to feed up to 50 homeless people tomorrow. I do it every friday night, and spend 2 hours on saturday in different locations around town passin out coats, blankets and whatever else we can gather together. Tomorrow, we are also goin to be payin to do a load of laundry for whoever needs it.
I dont have much, and none of my change is spare, so I feel like its the least I can do to make a pot of soup.

BUT DONATING TIME AFTER THE HOLIDAYS ON A REGULAR WEEK DAY YOU MIGHT HAVE OFF MEANS A LOT . EVERYONE WANTS TO HELP DURING THE HOLIDAYS ( WHICH IS GREAT ) BUT THEY REALLY NEED HELP ALL THE TIME .
