It happened in Cleveland and the guy has been identified and arrested. His name is Ayan Burton and there are two different stories now. According to the cat who got knocked out he was assaulted by multiple people. According to people who claim to go to school with them, the cat who got knocked out was always fuckin with people and had a habit of fuckin with him until he snapped.

Bullying isn't always about fighting. You can tease a person and make their life miserable and from what I read, which can't be verified at this point, the older brother constantly did that to people.
