All you really need is about an 128GB SSD for OS. Make your storage drive an external or secondary 7200RPM SATA Drive.

i had the same problem with those retarded apps in W8 but after installed Skip Metro Suite (this will boot ur Windows straight to desktop) i dont have to see that shit anymore plus mentioned before Shell for start menu and it looks like W7 now

like our phones tablets do now? I bought a laptop to have a laptop not ah tablet with a keyboard you can't detach. I can't even burn music or movies on this shit cuz it didn't come with a burning program installed. I tried to Install Nero and it installed but I try to use it and the compuer can't find it to use it...wtf is there a Nero app or something? and where did the Nero I installed go? Fuck This 2014 peice of bullshit!

If you just put in a blank CD a-u-t-o-p-l-a-y (why is this word censored?) should give you options for burning CDs... You should be able to burn data CDs through Windows and audio CDs with Windows Media Player if there isn't some other 3rd party burning software installed.

Windows 8 is garbage but you should still be able to burn CDs with it.
