HAHA...and if I was Bowen, I would have kicked him in the face with both feet for hitting me in my testicles.

Look at this video, and also notice Paul's acting job when he supposedly got kicked in the chest.

Oh yeah, by the way, fuck Bowen; I don't like him, either, but I would have done the same shit.
Boooooooooooooooooo!

You act like the scrum for the ball (no pun intended) didn't have anything to do with what appeared to be an unintentional shot to Bowens nuts.

I wouldn't call it an acting job by Paul. If I'm in that position, I'm flinching when a knee looks like it's coming at my face. He wasn't acting like he got hit, he was making sure he didn't get hit.

Bowen is a straight up bitch. He usually does this on players that are either smaller like Paul, or players that he knows he can intimidate like Szerbiak and Ray Allen. He wouldnt dare do this type of shit to Amare Stoudamire, Kenyon Martin, Lebron James, Stephen Jackson, Ron Artest and other players that he knows he cant handle on a fist fight.

I'm not defending his actions, but what I am laughing at is the response he gets. LOL...like I said, I don't like him either, but dude got popped in the balls; I'd be pissed, too. And a ''scrum'' for the ball...that's all fine and dandy, but it's a live ball, and Bruce has every right to go after the ball, just as Chris does. If you watch the video I posted, I just don't see what exactly Bowen did to get popped in his shit, you know? In all reality, as a professional, he shouldn't have reacted, even if he was upset; he knows the consequences, but I didn't see him unfairly attacking Paul like it's been made out to be.

LOL

Im talkin about kicking a guy on the ground like he did to Chris Paul, or the holding and grabbing shit that he does when hes playing against Kobe. I wish he would try to kick Kenyon Martin or Stephen Jackson on the ground and see what happens. Amare would slap the shit out of Bowen, Amare wasnt even aware of Bowen on that video you showed.

Defense

Them fans need to shut the fuck up, thats how a perenial NBA defensive first team player rolls.
LOL, I feel you on that! I've always loved Bowen, because he always brings out all the crybabies! Undrafted and you can't hate on his defense. "The Irritant" keep doing your thang!!!!

Reminds me of the Pistons in the late 80's and early 90's when everyone would cry about Bill Lambeer and the others being dirty.......

If I'm not mistaken, he kicked Paul after he was hit in the balls...I thought, by the video, that Paul was frustrated and lashed out because Bowen was on top of him, trying to get the ball. That is perfectly legal; it's a live ball. Bowen shouldn't of reacted, but he did, and that's why he's suspended.

Take your cape off, homie...these players don't give a fuck about you, so why you so worried about them? And LOL @ the ''Kenyon and Stephen" super thug comments; who's to say they'd do anything at all? There's plenty of big boasting and trash talk in the NBA, but these guys have too much to lose...

And as for Amare...you said he'd never do it to him, and I showed you he did.

Well most of the time that I see a player on the ground with the ball and an opposing player tries to cause a jump ball they don't straddle the player on the ground like Bowen did. Maybe that's why Paul overreacted a little.

You are sort of justifying his actions though. And you're using that justification to make it seem like people are looking at this situation in a one sided manner.

I only see one part of that video you posted where Paul caught Bowen in the junk (maybe I'm missing something). What I'm seeing is that Paul had the ball in his hand and thought he had control of it enough to yank it out of there but lost control of it on the way up and his hand (palm down) came up in between Bowen's legs.

Bowen's been in the league long enough. He's played basketball long enough to have been in plenty of those situations. You learn how to work those situations to your advantage. If there's no foul called and the Spurs come up with the ball on that play they have a 4 on 5 on the other end because Bowen did a good job of making sure CP3 couldn't get off of the ground...

I'm not justifying his actions; I'm stating why I thought he did it. When I first heard about it and read about it, I was under the impression it was another Amare situation, which I thought was bullshit on his (Bowen) part. I can see where you think Paul ''lost control'' of his hand and hit Bowen.

Either way...they're grown men. It's a physical sport. People getting upset about Bowen playing rough are funny to me, that's all. I grew up in the Pistons/Bulls/Knicks/Blazers etc. era, and I guess I kinda miss the days where players could play with a little physicallity. If Bowen is dirty, fine...that's one thing. I just think that even if he does something which isn't as bad (this case with Paul), he's made out to be some super villian. Who gives a fuck??? LOL

Good shit though, Peete.

You know how it is nowadays man ... Zillion dollar athletes. The league has to protect their investments. Bowen always got his nose ... er .. knees, feet, elbows etc... into something

The Jordan rules? Not these days man, lol
