That's because it's incomplete. Someone put it together based off of the Ringtone graphic, and the album bio. For instance, First Degree and BZO have both been confirmed as features, but don't appear on this "tracklist" because their names haven't been attached to a title like Tech, Krizz, The Dogg Pound and Snoop have. Furthermore, 4 and 5 are messed up. It's one track, "Murder Over Hard." And since it comes from the Ringtones graphic, it's missing skits and such.

The only reason I say that is Chill is talking over some stuff Lynch says at the end of the song and he randomly mentions First as if he's on the track.
I may be wrong and that could be the lead to the next song or a skit, but I digress.
The song also only has two verses on the sampler. hmm.
