The place in Springfield use to be called Rodizio's, but it's been renamed.
You had a little brick, one side red and one side green, that you would flip to green if you wanted to stay in the food rotation. Turn it to red and they skipped over you.
That shit was pretty expensive, too. $30 a plate isn't something I'd spend on any restaurant, but given the 10+ cuts of meat you get to choose from, plus that cold bar they have, it's worth the trip up there and the money spent on the plate.
It is called Fogo De Chao. I went there last year for a friends bachelor party (after going on the Summit Beer brewery tour earlier in the day). $60 per person after gratuity, and I only drank water. I will say however, they had quite possibly the best food I have ever had. Their salad bar is very good also, although they do that on purpose to make you fill up on salad and not on the expensive meat. I'm going to be going again in a few months for another friends bachelor party.
It's certainly not a "high-end" dining experience, but it is an interesting one no-less. They've got two in southern Missouri and one in Alabama. Only ever been to the one in Ozark, Missouri though. http://www.throwedrolls.com/default.asp
