i really hope lynch improves this "trilogy" because to me, DAAM was a meager snack..I enjoyed listening to some of the "skits" but in no way was it enough for me to want to buy another 2 albums to find out what happens. Mixing a horror movie and music might sounds like a good idea, but i think it could have been executed in a much better fashion....some of the DAAM skits just get in the way of the music...and are cheesy as some Kraft slices.
While DAAM is a good album, it didnt have the replay value I hope for, maybe because Lynchs rhymes are all sounding similar
" off vicodin and heineken, im spiderman,
the one that'll slice ya man,
leave em in a trashcan with his hands cut off and on fire man..
the fryer man,
chicken, ribs nuts n guts get cut
and sluts get fucked
with the nine milli,
im silly,
and im really sick insane really,a lunatic psycho,
i might go,
looney and bust caps at the tonight show,
i might blow and get deadly,
im steadily ready and armed heavy"
sounds like it could be an actual lyric from Lynch...i think hes running out of horror terms to use in his music or words to rhyme together because as of lately, lynch is just sounding the same over and over...
hopefully this album, will be different
