Don't really know what to tell you. It should let you download the file to your computer, where you can then play it on one of the players you have on your computer (Windows Media Player, Winamp, iTunes, etc.)
I believe only ZShare from that list of hosts allows you to play the file before downloading, so if you're using that link, then it's probably asking you to download the Windows Media Player plugin for your browser. Just download the MP3 and play it on your computer.
