What seems the majority of people here are not interested in God. Whether it be Christianity, Muslim, Judaism, Hinduism, Bhuddism, Wiccan, whatever...
Even if someone were to "bring Christianity to America" it would not make here a more spiritual place. The "American dream" is foolishly independent of God and fully focused on the false ego.
I am sure you would agree with that, for the most part...
Many people do not wish to be awakened from this "American dream" that they keep running for. Its worth blood sweat and tears to so many...
Forget bringing a religion to a country. Especially this one. Let those who live in this country, (or anywhere else), summon the urge to look for their own answers instead of someone saying, "Oh look, here's Christianity! All you have to do is believe he died for your sins and accept him into your heart as your Lord and savior", or "All you have to do is confess with your mouth that Jesus came in the flesh and that he died for your sins, etc.."

Thinking that Jesus came to New York doesn't mean a thing.
God is more a fad for some people.
Jesus sightings, Elvis sightings... what's the difference?
God is secondary, (if even that), in many people's lives. It is more like, "Me, Mine and I", over God. And only "God" when the idea caters to "Me, Mine and I"...
And then the ego further indulges itself when it comes upon another who's beliefs or knowledge is *not* exclusive to the bible. At this point it becomes a battle of one side against another to them.
And to some degree this "battle" helps to define their strength as a dedicated exclusive Christian.
But, all in vain is it done...

They are there in humanitarian missions.
Jesus believes you must lead by example.
Meaning that Christianity is supposed to spread by example.
It's like this, you're not supposed to go around telling people to be nice or they'll burn in hell.
You help them with what ever they need, you show them love.
In other words, an example of what Jesus did in his day.
So you're not pushing anything on them, you're just planting the seed. It's up to them whether they want to water that seed or not....

The book of Injil in the Qu'ran itself says that Jesus is the only way to God.
Even more interestingly is the fact that they too believe Jesus will return to save the world from evil....
Given the facts found in their own scripture, I don't understand why they hold the prophet Mohammed as their religous icon....

@miggidy ask her asap. the muslims i deal with embrace yeshua (ESSA/ISSA). they WILL get offended if you talk down on him. they say "the prophet jesus pbuh". they believe that he is coming back to kill Massiah Ad-Dajjal. HOWEVER they hold him to be a prophet. they say he was born of a virgin (not all muslims accept this) but they do not believe that he is the SON.

But if that was the case why is it Issa who comes back to destroy the fake Messiah? And not any of the other prophets?
