I agree but the government is allowing these handouts, there should be some kind of system where kids are taken care of under the constant care and supervision in an institutionalized program. Of course, allowing parents 24 hour access and when they become financially fit to support a child to be released. This could also open up jobs adding several benefits and insuring every child is not neglected.
No kid should be subjected to becoming an expenditure, it fuckin disgusts me. This may sound demoralizing but it could work under the right circumstance, obviously I doubt the government even gives a fuck when the hard working parent is taken advantage of and rarely even gets to see their child.
