^^^ I doubt that. Guerrero's a good boxer that hadn't been tested up to that point. Even without roids I thought Salido had a chance to score an upset. Guerrero won his belt from Erik Aiken of all people so I wasn't sold on him. He's lucky he's involved with the IBF rankings right now because they're weak compared to the other sanctioning bodies (at 126) except maybe the WBC. Imagine what Juan Manuel Marquez, Chris John, or Oscar Larios would do to him let alone the guys at 130 (Pacquiao, Morales, Barrera,etc.). His only shot is to hope the guys at 126 move up. I can see him getting the IBF belt back, but I can't see him beating the top guys.
