Check out toprank.tv. The undercards should be on there. If you're on WBVA and want to see it in HD someone put the BoxNation broadcast that showed his fight.
I don't agree with any of that article. Boxing has never been about the "brand", it's always been about fighters. They're doing the right thing airing little hype shows and stuff like that and the most important part, awesome matchups.
Al Micheals was on the Colin Cowherd's show talking about boxing for like 30 minutes. There is almost no way this fails in terms of ratings, by boxing standards. Haymon is far from an idiot and he can always have a front man for the organization.
If it fails, it's gonna have nothing at all do with Haymon not showing his face.
Yeah I don't understand that point at all. It's the fighters, the production and the broadcast team that people care about, not the guy financing it and putting it together.
Alright here we go, boxing on Primetime with Marv Albert, Al Michaels and Sugar Ray Leonard that's quite the dream team. Production should be top notch. Now let's hope the fights are exciting...they need to be!
Yeah, but he's been MUCH more entertaining than this. He's holding back. Nervous or something but he's fighting scared. I wouldn't give a shit except this is on a big stage, a lot riding on these NBC cards.
